Water Rescue Drill

On Saturday, September 19th the Chili Fire Explorers went to a private pond and drilled on various water rescue techniques.  The explorers practiced with rope throw bags, learned about dry suits, swimming techniques for rescuing victims, and boats.  Special thanks to the members of Chili Fire Department Company #4 for coming out on the weekend to instruct the Explorers on the use of their boat and getting it out in to the water for them to practice on.  Click the photo for more pictures from the drill or go to our Photo Gallery page for more.
