The Chili Fire Explorers practiced firefighter down Mayday calls this Saturday.  Explorers learned about what details need to be provided such as Location, Unit, Name, Assignment/Air Supply, and Resources needed (LUNAR) to command.  The Personal Alarm Safety System (PASS) on the SCOTT airpacks was reviewed along with building side designations to help orient a firefighter to where they are in relation to where they entered.  Finally, the explorers practiced hands-on removal of a downed-firefighter in the maze building.
